Probably there is reasoning behind it, but we really cannot be sure unless the reasoning is disclosed.

Another thing, it would be difficult if you don’t have an iPhone and if you are not familiar with it. You really need one to practice on as this course will demand for your time and you need to exert effort and brain power.
